After entering a filename to upload, the BBS will check for for a duplicate
filename and that invalid characters are not in the name.  If the name is
accepted, you will be asked to verify you want to upload the file.  If so,
you will be asked for a one-line description of the file.  The description
should give some general information, such as what it does and/or what
version it is.  After entering the description, you will be asked if you
want to enter an extended description (up to 10 lines in length).  After
leaving the extended description or entering N to not leave one, you will
be asked what protocol you would like to use for the transfer.  Enter "?"
for a list of protocols available.  After you enter the protocol number,
he BBS will wait for you to start sending the file.  If you get this far,
and then don't want to upload, enter Ctrl-X to abort the transfer.
